Please declare your attendance by 11:59pm EDT June 10 for the ICC @ Evergreen Country Club Dual Swim Meet which will be held on Saturday morning June 14 at Evergreen Country Club, 15900 Berkeley Drive, Haymarket, VA 20169.

Or go to https://icc.swimtopia.com, log in, then go to Meets & Events Tab, then Signup Calendar and clock on the green Meet Entry button by ICC Time Trial. You will then click the green Edit button under your swimmer(s) name, and select “Attending this meet” or “Not attending this meet”.

You'll also be able to sign-up for volunteer roles, such as Timers or Runners in Swimtopia for each meet. We need parent volunteers to help the meet run smoothly - don't worry if you haven't volunteered at a swim meet before- it's easy and we'll help you.

Please note: the Saturday morning warm-up is at 8:20am and the meet start time is 9:00am.

Please declare your swimmer’s attendance by 11:59pm EDT Tuesday June 3 for our Time Trial which will be held at on Sunday morning June 8, at ICC.
