ICC is a member of the Dominion Country Club League and participates in the USA Swimming SafeSport Program. Please help us ensure a safe program for our children and refer to the DCCL handbook and specific Bylaws found on their site:
No cameras, cell phone cameras, or other recording devices are allowed behind the blocks at any time.
Please protect all of our athletes by speaking up if you see someone else with their phone out behind the start side of the pool… and if an official tells you to put your phone away, please abide immediately.
Only Exception: official meet photographer identified by the head officials and available to all athletes is allowed behind the blocks after the start.

Locker Rooms / Restrooms
▪ Cell phones and other mobile devices with recording capabilities, including voice recording, still cameras and video cameras increase the risk for different forms of misconduct in locker rooms and changing areas. The USA Swimming Athlete Protection Policies prohibit the use of such devices in the locker room or other changing area:
▪ Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone camera, is not allowed in changing areas, restrooms or locker rooms.
Timers
▪ Do not text or use cell phones during the meet. Ask the head timer for relief if you need to do so.
▪ No cameras, cell phone cameras, or other recording devices are allowed behind the blocks at any time.
▪ If you observe camera use behind the blocks, notify the head timer or the nearest official.
